It has been half a year since my last post. To be honest, a lot has happened. We have Stable Diffusion generating great artworks within seconds & ChatGPT talking like a real human without knowing anything. AI is evolving fast, and if I don’t keep up, I will be left behind.
Jekyll was working for a long time, but I have decided to try out Hugo. It is much easier to setup on Windows. It is written in Go, so it is much portable and should perform better as well. I never really learnt Ruby properly and don’t see myself using it that much except for Fastlane. Go seems to be better because I am a native guy. Lately, I am also learning Rust and will talk about it soon.
I am half way there migrating the website while working on this post. Hugo may have better themes, and tagging works out of the box after writing some Python scripts to patch my markdown files. More stuffs are coming soon.
