I never have any sleep issues and I sleep a lot. However, there is only one problem with me, and that is it takes a long time to fall asleep. Usually, it takes around half an hour but it can be up to an hour or even more. This was until I knew about the sleepbuds.
That day, I was at my friend’s place and I found his sleepbuds. He had tinnitus and it was the only way he could have a good sleep. I thought I was gonna get one, but the price was a bit expensive. My friend was kind enough to lend me his repaired sleepbuds for a couple of days. I absolutely loved it and used it every day. This was why I bought it in the end.
The sleepbuds is not cheap and it is priced at $379. Luckily, it was on discount when I bought it. In early December last year, I picked up my sleepbuds from the post office after a long unique. Ever since then, I have been using it every day.
They look like earbuds but they don’t play your music. There are around 50 sounds made by Bose and that’s all. For $379, it is definitely overpriced but Bose offers 90 days money back so it is risk free. It can be a rather unique experience.
Now, it is time to talk about the mobile app. It can be downloaded from AppStore and Google Play. It is very clean and you can set up alarms and how long the selected sound plays. Those sounds are designed to block external noises so that we can be more focused or fall sleep faster. I usually do 30 minutes and it will turn off after that. Adding new sounds can be slow and the app can be buggy at times but overall, it is usable. There will be issues here and there but it doesn’t affect that much.
Finally, are they comfortable? Bose is doing a great job but they are not 100% comfortable. They do fit in my ears but they will fall off when you wake up about half of the time. They are good enough for me but definitely not for everyone.
Overall, the sleepbuds is a great product for me and tt is like a saviour because I can fall asleep within half an hour, maybe even 10 minutes. My sleep quality has been improved quite significantly. It is pricey but it does solve my problem extremely well. Price is irrelevant if the thing makes my life better.
